Sure, it’s tempting to pick a plan from big project builders, but you have two choices: live with the annoyances or contact Platinum Residential Designer Homes and speak to Anthony who will get creative and design your dream home. Building a new home, in a different country to the one we were living in at the time, felt like a risk. At the time we were looking to build our new home in the Sunshine Coast, I was working for a building company in Auckland, which made me well aware of the possible issues we could face. We need not have worried, our experience working with Anthony and Logan at Platinum Residential was exemplary. Our wish list for the size of our block was challenging to say the least but Anthony enthusiastically and calmly embraced the challenge and designed a home that gave us everything we wanted and more.

The construction process was really well managed by Logan, communication was excellent and time frames realistic and in most cases achieved. We were looking on from a distance, but never felt out of touch, nor did we feel at risk because that we were not able to be on site regularly. We were sent photographs and reports to keep us in touch with our new home project and every time we visited from NZ things on site were on track and felt in control.

Our finished home is well built and stunning, we are very happy clients and more than comfortable to recommend the team at PRD to anyone looking to build their dream home, big or small. Thank you

My father in-law had purchased a canal block in Pelican Waters and he was looking for a Builder that understood the area, could be flexible to his needs and would be reliable and accurate with budgets and timelines. Having previously had quite a few homes built for me, I agreed to assist in the selection of the Builder and to help manage the process from concept to completion. Whilst a project home would have been an easy option, due to specific needs and the desire to future-proof the home to help with my father in-law’s Parkinson’s disease, it was decided we needed a Builder that would be able to work with these specific design needs, whilst still presenting a beautiful home at a fair price.
